STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR TUESDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2009
8th grade SIGMA students should report to Ms. Logue’s room after 2nd hour to hear the speaker.
Attention National Junior Honor Society Members –
· Your parent email/breakfast notes are PAST due, please turn them into room 167
immediately!
· Our first meeting will be this Thursday during advisory.
· Remember to show your NJHS ID in a polite way to the teachers in the hallway and at
the main staircase. The meeting begins at 7:55 am – please be prompt.
Eighth grade boys’ intramurals will have their annual All Star soccer game against the staff after school on Wednesday. Please check in front of Mr. McKinley’s room to look at the list of All Stars, as these student athletes will be the only ones that can play this week. You are welcome to stay and watch IF you are currently signed up for 8th grade boys’ intramurals. Next week we will return to playing flag football.
During our Red Ribbon Week fundraiser sponsored by our Holman student ambassadors, we collect a total of $130. This money was donated to PattCare to help needy families in the Pattonville School District. Thanks to everyone who contributed by purchasing wrist bands and pencils!
