Pattonville updates its strategic plan every five years. This plan, known as the Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (or CSIP), is focused on improving student achievement for all students; involving parents, students, staff and community members in the decision-making process for their schools; and addressing critical issues such as finances and facilities. During the school year, committees of parents, students, staff, administrators and community members are working together to update the district’s plan; this plan will go to the Board of Education for approval and will guide the district’s work on behalf of students for the next five years.

School Improvement Teams at each school develop, update, monitor and evaluate plans to improve student achievement, student responsibility and parent involvement at their individual schools, thereby addressing the district goals related to the same issues. These teams will report on their work to the CSIP Steering Committee.
