The iPad and curriculum pick up has three different Sign Up Genius links. Please pick the right one for your child. You can pick up sibling items if you have a kindergarten or 1stgrade student. We will have in person meeting times with kindergarten (August 25) and 1stgrade (August 24). Grade 2 through 5 have 3 days to choose from. These three days will be only iPad pick up for parents and students in grades 2 through 5 are not expected to attend.
All visitors must wear a face mask while in the school. Thank you.

August 25 – Kindergarten ONLY sign up link. Kindergarten SignUp Genius
Please bring your child with you to learn how to access the technology and other information from Kindergarten teachers. Students will be asked to complete a few activities to help teachers get to know them as learners.
August 25, 26 and 27 – Grades 2,3,4,5 sign up link. 2nd-5th SignUp Genius You will pick up your child’s iPad and other curriculum information. Students are not requested to attend the pick-up. We are trying to limit the number of people in the school.
August 27 – Rose Acres will have a Kindergarten through 5thgrade Meet the Teacher virtual event. The event is scheduled from 6:00-7:00 PM. Access to the virtual meeting will be forwarded to you at a later time.

Chances are you have a lot of questions about how Virtual Learning is going to work at Holman. This web site shows what the daily schedule will look like, what is expected of parents and students, how you will pickup your iPads this year, and what you will need to know to get started.
The Pattonville Board of Education meeting on Aug. 11 will take place in person at 7 p.m. at the Pattonville Learning Center. The board, staff and all others in attendance must wear a face mask at all times while in the building. Physical distancing will be followed during the meeting, with all attendees seated six feet apart. To comply with the St. Louis County capacity mandates ensure physical distancing, in-person attendance will be limited to 25 people.

Computer roll out will take place at PHS during the week of Aug. 24. Aug. 24 through 27 are Express Pickup days for parents and students who have prepaid the insurance cost online ONLY. This will ensure quick and easy laptop distribution. Payment can be made online with credit or debit cards. To prepay for insurance, visit https://www.one2onerisk.com/ and select the option “Enroll My Device.” Follow the procedures listed to enroll your device. After enrollment, reserve your time for pickup at https://www.signupgenius.com/
Device rollout will take place in the main gym of PHS with social distancing measures in place. Parents and students will enter through the commons entrance at PHS and follow signage to the main gym. All staff, students and parents must wear a mask during laptop distribution.
